Behavior A link to our classroom behavior plan is located above. Behavior infractions are divided into two categories; minor and major. * Minor infractions will most often be handled with a student to teacher conference. During this conference, students are allowed to share their thoughts regarding the action in question and also be a part of designing a plan for addressing issues in the future. * Should a student have three minor infractions in a day or eight within a week, a Minor Incident Report Summary will completed and the student will be referred to the office for administration to assign a consequence. Three minor infractions in a day or eight within a week will be considered a major infraction. * Major infractions are immediately referred to the office for administration to assign a consequence. Students will complete a Student Reflection Summary for all major infractions. * All behavior will be summarized daily and sent home for parent review and signature on a Daily Behavior Report. Please review any notes indicated on your child’s report, sign the report, and return it to school daily. This will insure up to date communication between home and school. Mrs. Valentine and I greatly appreciate your support as we use this behavior plan to track behaviors and insure student success.Should you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
